Councillor vacancy

Gargrave Parish Council welcomes applications from local residents to fill two vacant councillor positions.

The vacancies will be filled by co-option and anyone interested in joining the parish council is asked to contact the clerk by email at  clerk@gargraveparishcouncil.gov.uk for more information.  The process will involve completing a short application form and then attending the November council meeting when the Council will make its selection.  The closing date for applications is Friday 23rd October 2026.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the village, and is open to people from all walks of life who want to be part of making decisions that benefit our community.
