Mayor’s Local Transport Plan Consultation
Frustrated by the bus service in Gargrave, or wanting to improve the train service? The Mayor's consultation on public transport is an opportunity to have your say.

Gargrave residents are urged to respond to the transport plan consultation survey, particularly as it covers all of North Yorkshire and we want to make sure that the needs of Gargrave are highlighted in the responses.
If you complete the survey, you can choose to be entered into a prize draw where you can win: a £100 voucher or one of five £10 vouchers.
A series of public consultation events has been arranged including:
- Wednesday 16th September, 9am to 3pm, Skipton Market
- Thursday 17th September, 10am to 2pm, The Station, Richmond
- Wednesday 16th September 6pm to 8pm, The Market House, Hawes
- Thursday 17th September, 10am to 2pm, The Station, Richmond
- Thursday 17th September, 6pm to 8pm, The Bridge, Catterick Garrison

- A full copy of the draft plan is available form the website. The survey should take approximately ten minutes to complete and closes 4th November 2026.
